Donation Policy

LiSu Foundation is a registered non-profit organization operating under the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. All donations received are used exclusively for humanitarian purposes as outlined in our constitution and objectives.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical error resulting in duplicate transactions
• Unauthorized transaction made without the donor's consent
• Processing error where the donation amount was incorrectly charged
• Donation made by mistake (must be reported within 7 days of transaction)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at lisufoundationbd@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction
2. Provide transaction details including date, amount, and transaction ID
3. Explain the reason for the refund request
4. Our team will review your request within 14 business days
5. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking procedures.
