Individuals or volunteer members submit an application based on the specific humanitarian program they are seeking support for (programs).
Physical Verification
After receiving the application, an Executive Committee member conducts a physical, on-site verification to assess the applicant's situation.
Eligibility Assessment
The verification is carried out strictly according to the program's criteria and guidelines, ensuring that support is provided only to those who are truly eligible and most in need.
Approval Decision
Based on the verification outcome, the applicant is informed promptly whether they are approved or not approved for the program.
Program Implementation
Once approved by the Executive Committee, the actual work begins immediately (ASAP), subject to resource availability and project scheduling.
